This newly renovated single family home offers the a huge yard surrounded by woods yet it is close to everything.  With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms it is perfect for groups and families and accommodates up to nine adults or ten total guests.

Just a ten minute drive to downtown Wolfeboro.  Under a mile to 19 Mile Bay public Beach. The home offers 4 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a huge deck with seating and a gas grill, a firepit, huge yard, and off street parking.  It has a game room, large living room with electric fireplace, and a family gathering room with two sliders.  The home features a classic arcade cocktail table and a shuffle board table. 

We provide all linens, paper goods, kitchen basics for cooking, and firewood for the firepit at no additional charge.  

This is a Pet Friendly property. There is a cleaning fee of $50 per pet and only registered furry guests are allowed. We can provide a dog crate and other things for pets upon request.  

 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We provide discounts to past guests, first responders, active duty military, veterans, and school teachers. We are also pet friendly and keep our $50 fee limited to just what we pass through to our cleaners. Our security deposits are refundable holds placed on your card that release when you check out.
