This is a Double End Unit with a private courtyard and two bedrooms.  Bedroom 1: Trundle (2 Singles Convertible to a King). Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds. There is a loft suitable for children only accessible by ladder upon request at no charge.  The Cottage features 2 Bathrooms each with a shower.  There is a private courtyard complete with chiminea, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), a hammock, a swing, and a picnic table.  This unit sleeps a max of 6 Adults plus children up to a max of 8 guests.  We are pet friendly a $50 per pet cleaning fee applies.  We do not breed or size restrict but do have a strict no aggression policy. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
