This is the 1st in our set of 4 connected Cottages. It is a Double End Unit closest to our entrance & Main Street for easy access. Featuring 2 Bedrooms (1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed & 2 Trundle Single Beds). There is a loft suitable for children accessible by ladder upon request at no charge. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with chiminea, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided) and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 6 Adults & 2 Children with the Loft. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet cleaning fee. We have a strict no aggression policy.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Wendy and Melissa are from the area and have always loved spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee. We believe in providing the kind of experience we would expect as guests. We are a pet friendly property because we have four dogs of our own and rescue hospice seniors. Of course the safety of our guests is paramount so no aggressive pets will be tolerated.
