Cottage 12 - Stand Alone, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath, with a pillow top King Bed and Loft.  The loft with two twins is suitable for children and is accessible by ladder only (must be noted at booking).  The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower.  There is a private courtyard complete with chiminea, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided) and a picnic table.  This unit sleeps a max of 2 Adults and up to 2 children. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet cleaning fee. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
