20 Mile Bay - Lake Winnipesaukee 20 Mile Bay - Tuftonboro - Lake View

Directly across from 20 Mile Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee in Tuftonboro with a free public beach.  This four bedroom / two and a half bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults and two children.  The front deck overlooks Lake Winnipesaukee. The Chandler Pedestrian Trail has an entrance near the front of the property.  

This home features four bedrooms.  The master includes a Queen bed with private bathroom with a large tub.  The second and third bedrooms also have Queen beds.  The fourth bedroom on the first floor has a King bed.  There is another full bathroom on the second floor and a half bath in the lower level.  There are a total of three living rooms.  The lower level living room has arcade games and foosball.  We are adding smart TV's to each bedroom.

The property is newly renovated. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  

We provide all linens, paper goods, coffee for the coffee maker, and propane for the grill and firewood for the firepit.  There are beach essentials including kayaks, beach towels, and chairs available for guests to use during their stay.  The free boat launch is just minutes down the road. 

 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We provide all linens, paper goods, basic cooking supplies, firewood for the firepit, kayaks, beach chairs etc. for guests to use during their stay.
